The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual (whether under the same or different personal details) is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mege888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or bonuses held therein.

You agree to notify mege888 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. mege888 shall not be responsible for any losses resulting from the unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to notify mege888 promptly.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Your mege888 account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account, account balance, or any accrued winnings to any third party.
4.1 All transactions on the mege888 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mege888 supports deposits and withdrawals via approved payment methods including, but not limited to, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at mege888's discretion.
4.2 Deposits are credited to your mege888 account balance following successful processing by the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method; e-wallet transactions are typically instant while bank transfers may take 2–5 business hours.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and no pending investigations on the account. mege888 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes published on the Platform, subject to standard fraud prevention and compliance checks.
4.4 mege888 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be returned via the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically feasible, as a fraud prevention measure.
4.5 Funds deposited to your mege888 account may only be used for gaming activities on the Platform. Deposits that remain idle for an extended period without any gaming activity may be subject to an inactivity assessment in accordance with applicable licensing requirements.

All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside the relevant offer and which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 11.2 mege888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your mege888 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 mege888 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
12.1 Termination by You. You may close your mege888 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
12.2 Termination by mege888. mege888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or criminal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In cases of proven fraud or material breach, mege888 reserves the right to forfeit all balances and bonus funds held in the account.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mege888 holds its operating licence.
